Product Manager - search and discovery (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
