Product Manager - search and discovery (St Louis, MO)

Silverline Sable Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St Louis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
