Product Manager - search and discovery (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Vista Financial serves customers across St. Louis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
