Product Manager - search and discovery (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
