Product Manager - search and discovery (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Amber Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
