Product Manager - search and discovery (Spokane, WA)

Greenridge North Pharma develops and makes medicines in Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
