Product Manager - search and discovery (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Insurance is an insurance company in Spokane with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
