Product Manager - search and discovery (Savannah, GA)

Lumen Quill Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
