Product Manager - search and discovery (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
