Product Manager - search and discovery (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Fox Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
