Product Manager - search and discovery (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Pine Financial serves customers across San Diego with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
