Product Manager - search and discovery (San Diego, CA)

Westbrook Ember Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 264 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
