Product Manager - search and discovery (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Thistle Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
