Product Manager - search and discovery (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Nest Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting.
