Product Manager - search and discovery (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
