Product Manager - search and discovery (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Sacramento, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
