Product Manager - search and discovery (Sacramento, CA)

Harborlight River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Sacramento. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
