Product Manager - search and discovery (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Meadow Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
