Product Manager - search and discovery (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lantern Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
