Product Manager - search and discovery (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Amber Pharma Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
