Product Manager - search and discovery (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wilder Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
