Product Manager - search and discovery (Richmond, VA)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical is a Richmond company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
