Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Vista Financial is a financial-services company in Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Reno. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
