Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Harborlight Nest Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Reno. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
