Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Cedar Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
