Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Nova Beacon Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
