Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Summit Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
