Product Manager - search and discovery (Reno, NV)

Lumen Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Reno. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
