Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Summit Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Reno. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
