Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Drift Facilities Group is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
