Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
