Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Summit Maple Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
