Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Greenridge Pine Financial Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
