Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Ironwood Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Houston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
