Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Group is an insurance company in Houston with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
