Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Nova Fern Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Little Rock, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
