Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Wren Care Services provides in-home and community support in Fresno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
