Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Stonegate River Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
