Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Ironwood North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
