What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
