Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Houston serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
