Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Highbridge Nest Financial Partners serves customers across Honolulu with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
