Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Sable Markets is a Portland retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
