Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Beacon Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
