Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Fort Worth. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
