Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Hartford, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
