Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Nest Markets serves neighbourhoods around Virginia Beach with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around online orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
