Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Nest Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Seattle. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
