Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Bridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in New Orleans serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
