Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
